Fees are set at the discretion of the therapist. Please note, only licensed therapists are covered by private insurance. Currently, we are not covered by Public German health insurance providers.
This service is offered at no cost via phone, webcam or secure chat room. Prospective clients interested in having eTherapy/Online Counseling are able to ask questions regarding the process of Online Therapy and any concerns, questions, or issues they might have regarding having therapy online. Consultations are approx. 15 min and conducted by a qualified practitioner. All payments for Online Therapy and Phone Therapy are conducted through PayPal or Money Bookers, the global leaders in secure on-line payments. Clients simply pay the fee with PayPal when booking their appointment through the PsyShrink Bookings Calendar or by logging into Money Bookers and sending a direct payment to their therapist's email address. PayPal and Money bookers automatically convert from your currency into Euros. Clients living in Germany may also pay for online or phone services through a bank transfer. This arrangement must be agreed upon before sessions begin.

Clients coming into the private practices in Munich or Frankfurt, Germany can pay via cash, bank transfer or use the PayPal system.
