About me
I am a cognitive-behavioural psychologist (M.Sc., Heilpraktiker für Psychotherapie) and business and career coach, based in Munich, with a passion for human potential, to nurture it, but most of all to champion it.
I would describe myself as having a dual career. On one side, I have dedicated the last 18 years of my career to deepening and broadening my Leadership and Organizational Development and HR Lead expertise.
On the other side, I pursued a Master’s in Clinical Psychology and Cognitive-Behavioural Psychotherapy, a certification in Co-active Coaching and, continued my professional development as a psychologist with certifications in Schema Therapy and Compassion Focused Therapy.
The common denominator of these two paths is the human factor, the individual that is at the core of flourishing societies, compassionate communities, loving families and of course, successful organizations.
Combining the depth and thoroughness of the psychological counselling dialogue, with the energy and mindfulness of the coaching process, I want to support YOU to understand, design and live the best version of your life!
Specialisations
My psychological counselling/ therapy focus:
- Building up and nurturing psychological health and wellness
- Mild/non-clinical episodic emotional disorders (depression, anxiety, grief) and behavioural and cognitive disorders (e.g. eating disorders)
- Couples therapy using the a blend of different methodologies and techniques
My coaching focus
- Business Coaching: strengthening leadership presence, improving communication and storytelling, and managing change with clarity and resilience in today’s workplace
- Career Coaching: exploring career options, preparing for transitions, and building confidence to achieve professional growth and fulfilment
- Personal Development Coaching: increasing self-awareness, improving relationships, and creating healthier habits for long-term balance and wellbeing

My approach combines cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT), schema therapy, and coaching techniques, allowing me and my clients to address both current concerns and underlying patterns that may be holding you back. Together, we identify practical strategies and new perspectives that can help you:

125 EUR individual session / 200 EUR couple session / (sliding rate for students)
